Our Marketing Managers are responsible for strategic client management and delivery to ensure desired marketing outcomes are achieved. They have direct interaction with clients and require well-developed project and people management experience to ensure effective operational delivery of activities and projects.
Our Marketing Managers are driven to:
- Achieve their clients marketing goals and consider alternatives to help solve problems
- Work across a breadth of clients and industries, working conceptually and getting into the detail of what, how and why
- Use their communication skills to build client relationships and help them realise what’s possible
Marketing Coordinator
$50,000 – $65,000 · Full Time
Our Marketing Coordinators live and breathe social media, love writing blogs and are exposed to the full marketing lifecycle of our clients at Threesides.
Our Marketing Coordinators are driven to:
- Dive into their clients’ marketing, developing a deep understanding of the brand and tone of voice
- Get stuck into and initiate their work with autonomy and as part of the team
- Work within well developed systems and processes to deliver marketing that is of a high quality and standard
Junior Digital Specialist
$50,000 – $65,000 pro-rata · Part Time
Our Junior Digital Specialists work across a range of clients and industries, supporting the team with website, analytics and digital system set-up and updates. They solve problems, work with data and build their development skills across a range of projects.
Our Junior Digital Specialists are driven to:
- Use tools, systems and processes to review data and recommend improvements to customer data, segments
- Dive into their clients’ data and marketing tactics, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and how they work, connecting the dots for Digital and Marketing Managers
- Rely on past data to identify trends and explore the meaning behind the numbers
